PACKAGES & PRICING:
“SILVER” PACKAGE
The “SILVER” Package is a great introductory package designed for outdoor or daytime events where lights are not necessary. This setup includes our full professional-grade JBL® sound system, without the additional expense of lighting.
Rates begin at $1500 for up to 5 hours. Services that exceed 5 hours may be purchased at $100 per hour.
“GOLD” PACKAGE
The “GOLD” Package is a budget-friendly sound and lighting option for small to medium size rooms or weddings on a budget. It’s a great way to enhance the dancefloor experience for you and your guests. This package includes our full professional-grade JBL® sound system with two sound-activated LED lights that move to the beat of the music.
Rates begin at $1600 for up to 5 hours. Services that exceed 5 hours may be purchased at $100 per hour.
“PLATINUM” PACKAGE
The “PLATINUM” Package is designed to be the “rockstar experience”. It includes our standard professional-grade JBL® sound system and takes the visual element of your event to the next level with our premium lighting package. Two sound-activated LED moving lights and 4 LED par cans can fill a medium to large room with brilliant color.
Rates begin at $1800 for up to 5 hours. Services that exceed 5 hours may be purchased at $100 per hour.
CEREMONY SOUND SYSTEM
If ceremony music is requested at a location separate from the reception area, a secondary sound system is required. Our battery-powered Bose system can go virtually anywhere! This all-inclusive package includes 2 battery-powered Bose S1 Pro speakers, speaker stands, wireless microphone, 30-60 minute customized pre-ceremony music playlist, all in-ceremony music, setup/teardown of all equipment and attendance at your rehearsal (schedule permitting) to coordinate music.
Everything listed above is included for a flat rate of $400.e.
UPLIGHTING
Add this popular upgrade to your wedding package to transform the look of your reception space with pillars of colored light.
Lighting colors can be calibrated to match most wedding colors.
Pricing is $15 per light and includes programming the lights to your custom static colors as well as setup and teardown.
NOTE: Lights must be in close proximity to power outlets or other power source to function.

PRO TIPS:
1. MAKE IT MEANINGFUL! Select songs that are particularly meaningful to you or that will help create the musical environment you're envisioning for your ceremony and/or reception.
2. CUT IT SHORT! You don't have to use the whole song. Songs may only be 3 or 4 minutes long, but it can feel like an eternity when all eyes are on you. It's ok to cut it short.
3. GET A LITTLE CLOSER! Position your DJ close to your dancing area. Closer proximity to the DJ encourages requests from your guests and keeps them on the dancefloor longer.
4. MIX IT UP! It's okay to have a bunch of different genres for the various events that occur during your wedding day. Don't be afraid to have a mix of pop, hip hop, country and more!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES:
All packages include:
- Date exclusivity--no other event will be booked on the date of your wedding
- Unlimited consultations to ensure you receive the "wedding of your dreams" and nothing has gone overlooked
- Professional DJ/Emcee with 15+ years experience
- On-site coordination of events to ensure flawless execution
- Professional JBL 4-speaker sound system (2 full-range top speakers + 2 subwoofers)
- Reliable wired & wireless microphones for toasts, blessings and other announcements
- Cocktail hour & dinner music (using pre-built or custom-made music playlists)
- Customized itinerary for the day (so all wedding vendors are working together on the same schedule)
- On-site coordination with other vendors (photographers, videographers, venue staff, etc.)
- Attendance at your rehearsal (if you need ceremony music). We can also run the rehearsal if you'd like.
- Setup & teardown of all equipment used
PRICING & PAYMENT:
- Non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your event date (and is also credited toward your final total)
- Pricing is based on a 5-hour event (1 hour for cocktails and 4 hours of reception beginning at the Grand Entrance)
- "Billable" hours of service begins at the start of cocktail hour (unless other arrangements have been made)
- Payments may be made via cash, check, PayPal or Venmo
- Payment plans are available, please talk to us if you're interested
- Payment must be made in-full on- or before your event date
"CLEAN" MUSIC ONLY:
As part of our dedication to promoting a fun and safe family-friendly atmosphere, we will only play "clean" or "radio" edits of songs (unless otherwise specified).
OUTDOOR CEREMONIES:
More and more couples are hosting their wedding ceremony outdoors. No problem! We have a battery-powered sound system for just an occasion! Our Bose S1 Pro sound system with battery-powered wireless microphones allows us to go virtually anywhere...even remote outdoor locations!
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Special requirements can vary client-to-client and location-to-location and can be better explained after meeting with you to discuss your specific needs.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Close proximity to reliable, dedicated power (although a small portable generator can be provided for remote locations)
- Adequate space for setting up equipment (including vertical space to allow for lighting stands, if chosen)
- Close proximity to the dancing area (for ease of interaction with guests)
- Easy load-in/load-out access to the venue (additional charges may be incurred)
